Abagail Poster hit VenoM with a chair setting him up for a pinfall loss. 
Norm Robitza then took a mic and told Abagail that he wanted to give her 
something to show how much he apprieciated her. He handed her a paper and
told her that it was 11% ownership in the ICW.

Havoc defeated Stone Cold Tucker by disqualification in 0:13:31.

Terminator turned on Norm Robitza and walked away. Kraven then rolled 
Norm up for a win. WildCat, however, suffered a knee injury and will 
miss 3 cards.

As the match began, Havoc started carrying tables to the ring and stacked
them one on top of the other. He kept pointing at Norm Robitza and 
yelling this is for you Phenicie. As the match was coming to a close and 
Norm and VenoM were the only two competitors left, Havoc unlocked the 
Cell door and chased Norm to the roof of the Cell. Havoc then tossed Norm
off the Cell into the to stack of tables. VenoM took advantage of this 
and dragged an injuried Robitza back into the Cell to score a pin and win
the title.
